- Custom-ordered items cannot be cancelled once ordered from suppliers

Client Responsibilities

- Claim authorship of our creative work
We may use photos of completed projects for marketing purposes with client permission.
Warranties and Disclaimers
We strive to provide excellent service but make the following disclaimers:
- We do not warrant that furniture or décor items will be defect-free; manufacturer warranties apply

- Delivery timelines are estimates and may be affected by supplier availability
